Americana is a set of solid earthtone nesting bowls made from 1966 to 1968 — gold, avocado, rust and brown, each with an opal-white rim — Corning’s answer to the era’s colonial-revival décor. (Collectors sometimes also use “Americana” loosely for the gold Federal Eagle bowls; those are a separate promo, noted below.)
